The quality of the product is extremely high, but what really makes it shine is the author's attitude to his clients. This is an incredible product... finally, a set of grid controls with *everything*. I'd been working with the Infragistics controls but been frustrated with certain lacks in their model (a multi-column drop down, for example)... then I came across a reference to DevExpress in a newsgroup and the rest, they say, is history.
