ReSharper patched to V4.5.2

ReSharper is an intelligent add-in to Visual Studio 2005/2008. ReSharper's advanced features are available right from Visual Studio.

All ReSharper 4.5 purchases made on or after October 15, 2009, qualify for a FREE upgrade to ReSharper 5 when released.
