dbExpress Driver for Oracle updated

dbExpress Driver for Oracle is a database-independent layer that defines a common interface to provide fast access to SQL database servers. For each supported server, the Oracle driver provides a driver as an independent library that implements the common dbExpress Driver for Oracle interfaces for processing queries and stored procedures. dbExpress Driver for Oracle provides high performance database connectivity and is easy to deploy. dbExpress drivers are available for Windows as dynamic-link libraries. When you deploy a database application that uses dbExpress Driver for Oracle you need only include a dll with the application files you build.
