For each supported server, the MySQL driver provides a driver as an independent library that implements the common dbExpress driver for MySQL interfaces for processing queries and stored procedures. dbExpress driver for MySQL provides high performance database connectivity and is easy to deploy. dbExpress drivers are available for Windows as dynamic-link libraries. When you deploy a database application that uses dbExpress driver for MySQL you need only include a dll with the application files you build.
