PowerTCP Telnet for .NET CF is flexible, it includes explicit and implicit SSL security and international character sets are supported. It supports HTTP, SOCKS4 and SOCKS5 proxy protocols and comes with Rexec, Rsh and Rlogin components in addition to Telnet.
