Reports Designer.Silverlight released

Stimulsoft Reports Designer.Silverlight is a reporting tool created for the Silverlight platform. It includes a fully featured reporting tool for Silverlight, which uses only Silverlight to render, edit, print, and export reports. The report generator does not require a server and is designed to create reports in Silverlight applications outside of the browser. You can create new reports, save and load reports, preview reports, use custom databases, localize reports and more.

Features

• To add report editing to your Web-application you simply place the Web-component on your ASP.NET page and invoke one method
• The Silverlight component will be loaded in the Web browser and will continue to interact with the ASP.NET component independently
• You do not need to write special code, or engage in lengthy configuration of parameters, etc.
• Stimulsoft Reports Designer.Silverlight requires a Windows server with support of ASP.NET 2.0 or higher
• There is no need to install additional server software or special components.
• On the client side Silverlight 4 Runtime should be installed
• Report Designer for Silverlight uses the same file format as the rest of the Stimulsoft product range
• Reports built in other Stimulsoft products can be opened in Stimulsoft Reports Designer.Silverlight and vice versa.
