PDFlib TET Windows Desktop Systems Annual Support Renewal

Renews entitlement to technical support plus minor and major updates for one year.

Delivery:

The license terms of this product require that we verify your eligibility prior to it being delivered.

The verification process is normally undertaken during the office hours of your nearest ComponentSource Office but it can be expedited to one of our other offices should you need a quicker resolution. Live chat now to check we are open and to let our Customer Service team understand your needs.

After verification, you will receive confirmation your Annual Support has been extended along with your new renewal License Key and expiry date, delivered by email, usually within 1 business day.

  • PDFLib Support Renewal confirmation and refreshed license key
Licensing:

One license covers a single computer running under the selected operating system (platform), regardless of the number of CPUs.
Development licenses for machines which are not used for production purposes and run under the same operating system are free with each purchase.
Redundant (backup) machines do not require a separate license, provided they are never used concurrently with the actual production machines.
Groups of load-balancing servers require a license for every server in the group.

Annual Support is available to purchase with new product licenses or to renew an existing support contract:
The support contract is for 12 months and includes:

  • Technical support with short response times
  • All minor (maintenance) and major (functional) updates
  • Early availability of bug fixes
