Chart FX for .NET by Software FX

Add interactive charts and images to your web and windows applications. Chart FX for .NET features Windows Forms and Web Forms functionality, security features, easy integration with XML Web services, XML support, extensive API, code generation and a server component to generate JPEG, PNG, ActiveX or SVG files. Visual attributes include many chart types, artistic borders, gradients, anti-aliasing, alpha-blending, transparency, background images, customizable legends, unlimited axes, per marker and per title attributes and improved zoom and scroll capabilities. Populate charts through the API or databind directly from an ADO.NET DataSet. Chart FX for .NET can accept data via XML Files, text files, collections, arrays and an array of arrays.

Chart FX for .NET was completely written in Microsoft Visual C# .NET to ensure that Chart FX exists within the Microsoft .NET Framework as fully managed code. Chart FX for .NET features: Windows Forms and Web Forms functionality, increased security, easier integration with XML Web services, enhanced XML support, new and improved API, a server component to generate JPEG, PNG, ActiveX or SVG and code generation through the improved designer. The new Resource Center includes life-saving tutorials and samples. New visual improvements and additions were made to the presentation layer, such as new chart types, artistic borders, gradients, anti-aliasing, alpha-blending, transparency, background images, new color palettes, customizable legends, unlimited axes, per marker and per title attributes and improved zoom and scroll capabilities. 20 different chart types, from the widely used Bar, Line, Area, Pie & Scatter, to those required by more demanding needs, such as Open-Hi-Lo-Close, Candlestick, Radar, Surface and Contour. Different galleries can be combined within the same chart. Most charts can be viewed in 2D or 3D, and rotated to specific angles and perspectives.

Chart Population: API passes the data directly through code. DataSet Bindings read an ADO.NET dataset directly, usually called data binding. The previous version can read from ADO recordsets (equivalent to ADO.NET datasets). It can also read from other databound objects provided by .NET. It can also read other formats such as XML Files, Collections, Arrays, including an array of arrays, Text Files

Chart FX has improved axis labeling functionality with the introduction of Data Driven Labeling. Automatic labeling has also been introduced, improving the display of Date/Time formatted axes

Charts now highlight individual series and data editor columns as they're moused over, highlighting individual points on your charts

Chart FX employs the power of Flash! Now you can choose to export your charts in Flash native format

Chart FX for .NET 6.2 allows you to render multiple panes within the same chart. Now you can compare multiple unrelated entities which share an X axis, all on the same chart

The new version of Chart FX for .NET allows you to configure URL linking from each of the Legend and DataEditor entries

Position the annotation object at your will with new and improved options for attaching, anchoring and clipping
