Licensing

One License required per developer.
An Enterprise license is required to distribute The Product with your applications for resale to a third party.
Developer and Team licenses are Royalty free for internal use only.

Developer License: Neodynamic grants to you one (1) personal, nontransferable, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to make and use copies of The Product and install such Software on any number of your computers (i) for your single internal use, (ii) to design, develop and test any number of applications. IMPORTANT: In order to distribute The Product with your applications for resale, purchasing an ENTERPRISE license is required. This allows you to resell The Product bundled with your commercial applications.

Small Business License: Neodynamic grants to your team (up to 5 developers) a nontransferable, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to make and use copies of The Product and install such Software on any number of your computers (i) for your single internal use, (ii) to design, develop and test any number of applications. IMPORTANT: In order to distribute The Product with your applications for resale, purchasing an ENTERPRISE license is required. This allows you to resell The Product bundled with your commercial applications.

Corporate License: Neodynamic grants to your company and all its direct employees a nontransferable, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to make and use copies of The Product and install such Software on any number of your computers to design, develop and test any number of applications. Your company is allowed to resell The Product bundled with its commercial applications.

Important - Please note that there may be a delay before you can unlock this software as a unique License key has to be generated using your order details. The License Key to unlock the full retail version will be sent to you by email as soon as possible.
