Scan and acquire images from twain devices. The ImageMan.Net Twain toolkit is a set of 100% Managed .Net WinForms controls and classes for building applications capable of scanning and acquiring images from Twain compatible cameras and scanners. These lightweight managed controls allow applications to fully control Twain compliant scanners and cameras and returns image data as a.NET Bitmap object allowing it to be easily integrated into your applications.

Support for Internet Explorer allows the controls to be used in browser based applications eliminating the need to manually install applications on client machines. The included HTTPUpload class simplifies uploading scanned images to the server application for processing.

HTTPUpload class allows uploading images in Multi Page TIFF, Single Page TIFF or PNG formatted files via the ImageFormat property

New ImageControl properties such as Brightness, Contrast, Orientation, ScanArea, Resolution, PixelType and PaperSize properties simplify setting common scanning parameters

New UserName & Password properties in the HTTPUpload class allow images to be posted to URLs that require HTTP authentication. If the page calling the Post method is using IE Authentication then the post will automatically be made with the user's credentials

New Timeout property in the HTTPUpload class allows developers to control the time required before a Post will return an error

Support for the .Net Framework 2.0
