InstallShield V10.5 project can be imported 2009 Premier without any change? If no how to do?

I got palm tungston E for christmas my computer will not install installshield for this. I am running windows home xp.I have tried every thing people told me to fix the problem, but nothing helps. I keep getting error code 1607 unable to install installshield scripting runtime. any advice ?
