Hi, Ive just purchased the Timeline control and am having problems trying to attach data to it. Are there any examples of binding a dataset to the control? I have created my dataset and bound it to the datasource of the timeline but nothing appears?

We are using Janus Schedule v3.5 and we are having a astrange need/problem, we have to show the appointments on a Schedule control WITHOUT showing the time. Better we don't want to show the time of the appointment. ex. it shows '12.30 Appontmnet with mr. x'. we want to show only 'Appointment with mr.x'
Is there any way to do that?

hi, i have a problam in the janus timeline control
when i update the data in the datasource of the time line
i want to change the start of the time line but when i
set the start date in the MinDate or the FirstDate it don't help.
when i set the date in the firstDate it doesn't change the FirstDate value it remain the old value.
can any one help me with my problam.

Hi all,
I am looking at this calendar control and I am interested in its data binding capability. My question is, if I have some tables for users to search for all available appointment slots based on some search criteria (date range, location, available manager/officer, etc.), will such data show up nicely in this calendar?

Hi All,

Please help me !!!!!!!

When I use Janus Schedule Control for .Net, I can only filter for one condation per one time.
I want to use more than one filter conditons at the same time.
For example,
Says...
I prepare schedule for a restaurant system.
In my schedule, there two customer types for arrived customers.
First type is arrived customer that not sit at table.
Second type is arrived customer that sit at table.

For first customer type, sample filter SQL is like as :
SELECT CUST.* FROM CUST WHERE CUST.ARRIVED= 'TRUE'

For second customer type, filter SQL is llke as :
SELECT CUST.* FROM CUST WHERE CUST.ARRIVED = 'TRUE' AND SIT = 'YES'

For first customer type, schedule format condition is like as :
ScheduleFormatCondition("ARRIVED", ConditionOperator.Equal, "TRUE")

If that so, How should I use schedule format condition for second customer type ?????
Second customer type should be filter for ARRIVED field and SIT field.
HOW SHOULD I FILTER IN SCHDULE CONTRIL ????

hi,

i am using the TimeLine control and the time line show a date in a big font that is the beggining of the week instead of the current day.
can you tell me how to set it so it will show the current day and not the first day of the current week.

I'm just starting to work with the timeline control and I'm trying to get some usage information.
First: I have a List<> of items from the database using Linq on SQL and want to know how I should bind this to the control.
Second: I have to ask this since there seems to be a lack of documetation....how do I create a break on a field within that List<> I'd like the first line to break on name and the second line represent the timeline of each trip.

I've just purchased the Schedule control for .net and really love the controls.

Just one slight problem - my app is coming up with demo nag screens and I can't see how to apply my serial number.

I am trying to see if I can use the Timeline Control to schedule activities for resources belonging to various organizations.

Question 1: I have noticed that if a resource does not have any activity scheduled, then it does not show up in the timeline control. Is there any way to have all of my resources listed all of the time, even when there is nothing scheduled for them?

Question 2: Is it possible to insert entries into the timeline control programmatically, or does it have to be bound to a data source (db, stream, etc)?

Hi,

I am using the Janus Schedule control. It s a great control. But i have one question:
Is it possible to change the language of the control in run-time? Now, I set the language of the application before I create the main form. I do it with this code:

Sub main()
System.Threading.Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentUICulture = New System.Globalization.CultureInfo("nl")
HoofdForm = New Form1
HoofdForm.ShowDialog()
End Sub

But if I change the "nl" into "fr", the Janus Schedule control isn't changing into french...
Can anyone helps me?
