One software license is required per Developer/Web-Site/Server
Note: http://www.domain.com, http://domain.com, https://www.domain.com and https://domain.com count as one domain name.
Test servers are free.

A deployment license key is required before you are able to distribute this software.

1 Developer/Web-Site/Server License allows one developer to develop a web application/site.
The deployment license key will restrict usage to one domain name and one server IP address.

4 Developer/Web-Sites/Servers License allows 4 developers to develop applications and deploy on a maximum of 4 domain/server combinations.
4 deployment license keys can be generated with upto 4 domain name/server IP combinations.
Deployment Examples:

4 domains on upto 4 servers (1 server per domain) -or-
2 domains on upto 4 servers (2 servers per domain)-or-
1 domain on upto 4 servers

8 Developer/Web-Sites/Servers License allows 8 developers to develop applications and deploy on a maximum of 8 domain/server combinations.
8 deployment license keys can be generated with upto 8 domain name/server IP combinations.
Deployment Examples:

8 domains on upto 8 servers (1 server per domain) -or-
4 domains on upto 8 servers (2 servers per domain)-or-
1 domain on upto 8 servers

1 Site Wide/Unlimited License/OEM allows unlimited developers to develop unlimited applications at one building (one physical address). This license is also suitable for OEM developers who wish to incorporate Search Lite for ASP.NET in a product they will sell.

Enterprise Wide License: Allows Unlimited Developers at Unlimited sites within a given Organization.

Keyoti Maintenance includes upgrades for 12 Months. Customers with a current version can purchase an annual Maintenance susbcription. Existing Maintenance subscriptions can renewed with a 30 day grace period, after that you will need to purchase an upgrade.
