Licensing

One software license is required per machine.
One software license must be purchased for each application built using the product.
One license per developer, per application is required for Runtime royalty free distribution.
For Example: If there is 1 developer, developing 1 application you must have one license. If there is 1developer, developing 2 applications you will require 2 licenses. If you have 2 developers, developing 1 application you require 2 licenses and if there are 2 developers, developing 2 applications you require 4 licenses.
Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Software may be subject to restrictions and controls imposed by the United States Export Administration Act, as amended (the "ACT"), and the regulations thereunder. Licensee agrees and certifies that neither the Software nor any direct product thereof (e.g. the Application Software) is being or will be acquired, shipped, transferred or reexported, directly or indirectly, into any country prohibited by the ACT and the regulations thereunder or will be used for any purpose prohibited by the same. Licensee acknowledges that the Software may include "technical data" subject to export and re-export restrictions imposed by U.S. law. Licensee bears all responsibility for export law compliance and will indemnify LEAD against all claims based on Licensee’s exporting of the Application Software.
