File and retrieve electronic documents in seconds. Mangofile is a simple to use application that can be connected to any Twain driven scanner. Paper documents can be scanned directly into Mangofile and then index/saved into the system, via an indexing criteria built by the user. Such criteria could be order number or a reference number followed by date and you can even add a personal note. Like each draw of a filing cabinet the system can have separate cabinets for certain business areas.

Mangofile is a document management system. It is a full-featured document management and storage system in a pre-configured, straight-from-the-box application. Mangofile digitizes your paper documents via your scanner so they turn into easy-to-find electronic documents. Using your stored documents is easy. Search features locate documents quickly. If someone else needs one of your electronic documents, just email, fax, or print it out. The included notepad feature also allows you to make comments about the document as well. Advanced features include an Inland Revenue approved audit trail.

In the background, depending on the level/version of software purchased the data and image store can be on a central network device such as a server. This enables any client with Mangofile and permissions , to view and/or index documents into the system.

There are several add-on modules available:

• iBridge - Allows access to other databases, this enables index fields to be populated from data you may already have help within another system.
• ICR/ORC - Character recognition module, enables the document to be read and thus auto populate the correct index fields.
• COLD – Collecting COLD outputs from servers, mangofile can take these outputs and index them again automatically.
• Workflow – A simple accept of reject options that allow document to be assessed and commented on before they are fully archived away.
• Barcode - Automate the indexing and saving with barcode information,

Barcode, iBridge, COLD and Workflow modules require Mangofile Small Business or Mangofile Business. ICR/ORC module requires Mangofile Business

Databases - When you purchase a level of software within the Business range of Mangofile, you can link Mangofile with an external database which provides for extra integrity and reliability of data storage and handling. These options are MySQL, MSSQL and DB2.

Edition Features:

• Mangofile Personal - One user license, based on a single workstation. Limited to one fixed default cabinet, with non-editable indexing criteria.
• Mangofile Personal Plus - One user license, based on a single workstation. The ability to customise and create as many cabinets along with the indexing.
• Mangofile Network 3 - Fixed 3 named user license based on a small network, the ability to store all data and images on a central repository.
• Mangofile Small Business - Fixed 5 named users license, with the ability to add any of the module options and database type options.
• Mangofile Business - Starting with 5 concurrent users you can add up to a maximum of 256 users to use the system at any one given time.
• Mangofile Business Infinity - Infinite number of concurrent users and includes the modules Workflow, iBridge and COLD.
