Create contour plots and shaded plots from randomly placed data. MM Contours ActiveX Control (former MM Fields) is designed to visualize the data given in the random set of points defined by coordinates x and y and value v. The component provides the algorithm of construction of a regular grid from your data. It can visualize your data in the form of contour and/or shaded plots. The component provides automatic tuning of interpolation parameters, contouring and shading giving you fast results. Drawing of axes, legend and title is now supported.
The MM Contours control is a powerful contouring and shading tool with built-in interpolation algorithm. It can be used:
In meteorology, demography, geology, oceanography and similar sciences - for visualizing of the various measured and calculated parameters on a geographical map
In physics - for visualizing of data (for example, temperature, noise level, contamination) from the arbitrary located sensors
In chemistry - for the analysis of concentration, polymerization
