Access to USB, HID devices from your .NET applications. nrComm NET is a set of .NET components and classes for serial communication tasks. The nrComm NET library helps to get access to various types of devices: serial port, Human Interface Devices (HID), USB, GPS and others. It provides a solution for quickly implementing almost any packet data protocol.

nrComm NET is the successor of nrComm Lib that has been on the market since 1999 and is still being developed. nrComm NET is writen on C# from scratch and does not use any AciveX/OCX modules.

USB

Enumerates and gets detail information about existing USB objects (hosts, hubs, ports, devices).

Provides I/O operations and monitors incoming data for USB pipes over WinUSB

Includes solution for easy WinUSB driver installation for all platforms: x86/i32, x64, ia64.

Enable, Disable, Restart, Eject methods

Human Interface Devices (HID)

Enumerates and gets detail information about installed HID

Writes input, output, feature HID reports. Monitors incoming reports.

Serial port (RS232) and barcode scan features

Access to serial port settings and I/O (read/write) operations with it.

Allows you to monitor incoming data and states of control signal lines (RTS, CTS etc.)

Includes solution for Barcode scanner devices

Enumerates all available serial ports in the system: native and virtual IrDA, USB, bluetooth COM ports)

Global Positioning System (GPS)

Flexible solution data packet protocol implementation

Detects a data packet by fixed "END", "HEADER", "LENGTH" or timeout.

Various data packet types can be united into the data protocol.

VT100/ANSI Terminal support

Loggings with wide options for all events and errors. Possible drop messages into System Event Log.
