Add zonal OCR functionality to your applications. The SmartZone OCR toolkit offers developers the ability to perform zonal OCR (machine print character recognition) commonly used in forms processing applications. This .NET control and ActiveX COM component internally utilizes two separate recognition techniques to co-verify results and improve accuracy. ImagXpress Standard and ScanFix Xpress Lite are included with SmartZone for image handling, image cleanup, and TWAIN scanning. Standard edition is limited to 20% of the Professional edition’s processing speed.
