All sales are made on our standard Terms and Conditions and subject to our Return Policy. Licensing
Developer License One software license is required per machine. Run-time royalty free.
Web Server License A TeeChart Web Server license is required for each web server serving the Control with a serverside scriptable module.
Escrow Subscription: Your escrow annual subscription license will commence upon completion of a separate License Agreement. This Escrow License Agreement will be sent to you by mail and you should read it carefully before signing, to show your acceptance of the terms enclosed. Return the signed agreement to us and we will confirm our acceptance, by countersigning it and returning a copy to you. If you do not wish to sign the agreement, please contact our Customer Services department to cancel your Escrow Subscription order.
Pro-support
Pro support is an agreement that gives the subscriber a priority support link into Steema.
Features of the agreement are as follows:
- 12 TeeChart Pro priority Questions. The priority questions may be used at any time during the subscription period in addition to use of standard support channels.
- Priority mails are answered by a receipt confirmation and replied to within 48 hours during working hours.
- Private newsgroups, access to preview releases.
Pro-support with major version upgrades
Pro-support with major version upgrades is an agreement that gives the subscriber a priority support link into Steema and offers major version upgrades within the subscription period at no charge.
Features of the agreement are as follows:
- 12 TeeChart Pro priority Questions. The priority questions may be used at any time during the subscription period in addition to use of standard support channels.
- Priority mails are answered by a receipt confirmation and replied to within 48 hours during working hours.
- Private newsgroups, access to preview releases.
- Full (all minor and major) product version upgrades that fall within the subscription period, no charge full version upgrades limited to one like-product line licensed by an individual Pro-Support subscriber. (eg. TeeChart for .NET v1 -> TeeChart for .NET v2). Steema does not guarantee that major version upgrades fall within the subscription period.
