The software is licensed per developer and allows 1 developer to use the telerik components or controls for an unlimited number of web-sites or custom web-applications. Where the telerik components or controls are to be sold within in an off-the-shelf developer product then an OEM License is required. please contact ComponentSource for a quotation. If you have a product and plan to sell it to end-users only and your customers will not be modifying the controls (using the API or writing code against the tools), then you will not need an OEM Redistributable License.
