Subscription Renewal Before Expiration: To Renew non-expired subscriptions.

New Subcriptions : To upgrade to the latest version, purchase a new subscription or Renew an expired Subscription.

How to upgrade: To upgrade to the latest version, simply purchase a 1-year Vanguard subscription for your component. This upgrades you to the latest version of your component, and provides all new major/minor releases, access to bug fix updates, and priority support for the duration of your subscription.
