I just installed the eval.
Xceed SmartUI installation stops any application using the SAX SmartUI control from running.
I send this support request to Xceed:
Urgent Bug:
You have changed the Library Name from "SaxSmartUI" to a different one but you use the same library ID. If one of my customers install Xceed SmartUI the applications which use SaxSmartUI doesn't work anymore.
Please stop selling this buggy version of your software immediatly. Instead make a version which can coexist with the SmartUI from SAX.

In my opinion its possible that you will get in big trouble when developing products with it and selling them.
Wait until this bug is fixed.
Xceed SmartUI is a SAX SmartUI with a new name. I couldn't found any bugfixes or new features instead of a new licensing because there is no release notes document.

Sorry i was wrong, I have to correct that. SmartUI apps should work after installation of Xceed SmartUI.
