Licensing

XSL Formatter V3.X Lite customers are not entitled to a free upgrade from V3.X to V4.0 Lite unless they have an Annual Maintenance Agreement.

Server License: 1 Server License is required per CPU.

Standalone License: 1 Standalone license is required per machine (non-server). This machine must not be accessible in any way that allows the product’s functionality to be used on any other machine linked to this.

Developer(SDK) License: 1 Developer (SDK) License is required per development machine. This is equivalent to 1 Standalone license but also allows development of applications that include the product’s functionality. Run time licenses are required for the distribution of software created with this license.

Annual Maintenance Renewal: If the maintenance period has expired and within one year after the expiration date, customers are entitled to subscribe to the annual maintenance repeatedly. Please be sure if the maintenance period has expired and one year has passed after the expiration date, customers are NOT entitled to subscribe to the annual maintenance.

Important: Please note that there may be a delay before you are able to use the full retail version as a unique license has to be generated based on your order details. You will be able to use the fully funtional evaluation for up to 90 days.
