To my mind, the main benefits of the XtraCharts suite are its flexibility and intuitive design-time support, combining with the great speed with which this product is growing and adopting new features. However, it is still growing - this is the only disadvantage for now (nevertheless, if you want any vital feature to be added, you may ask DevExpress, and they will add this very fast!) In short, the following are the key points which I've noticed when working with this product:
- It provides all necessary chart types. A lot of 2D types, and some 3D ones. Also, most of these chart types can be easily combined with each other.
- Impressive design-time support. Just select any chart item and edit it in the Property Grid. Also, a lot of data source types are supported - all that I need.
- Very stunning Gantt charts.
- Although I've tried them for Windows Forms only, it's cool to know that they also can be used for ASP .NET. Probably, I will need this in the future.
- DevExpress Support Team is really great!

So... I give 5 stars to them! (hoping they will add zooming ability in the future ;-) ). The 'Must' charts to try.
