Licensing

One license is required per developer. 100% royalty-free distribution rights.Applications developed can be distributed to any number of servers or workstations.

Developer License includes Standard Support and the current version only (no updates or source code are included)

Subscription License includes all major and minor updates for 1 Year and Priority Support.

Subscription Renewal Licenses: For customers with a current subscription only. IMPORTANT: If the subscription is not renewed prior to the expiry date, upgrade pricing will be applied to re-activate the subscription service.

Team License (Minimum Quantity 3) includes all major and minor updates for 1 Year, Rapid Response Support. Rapid Response Support services include an unlimited number or rapid-response support requests (with response within at most 24 business hours) and direct telephone support for the duration of the active Team license subscription.

MICROSOFT OFFICE 2007 USER INTERFACE: Some code and examples included with the ComponentArt Web.UI software mimic the look and behavior of the interface introduced in the 2007 release of Microsoft Office. ComponentArt has officially licensed this UI from Microsoft for use in the Web.UI product line. Developers and organizations using Web.UI who wish to create their own products that utilize the Microsoft Office UI must similarly obtain a license from Microsoft. Detailed information on this licensing program is available at http://msdn.microsoft.com/officeui.
