What is included into Print Suite .Net?

The heart of Print Suite .Net is a DocumentDesigner component, that controls the printing processes. Document content is defined by the provider components. Print Suite .Net offers the large set of base abstract providers and specialized providers that prints text, images and grids. Of course, you can use your old print jobs, based on standard PrintDocument with special DocumentToProvider

How does Print Suite .Net work?

The DocumentDesigner contains list of document sections in the Document property, each section has Page and Content lists. If you want to have something on each page of a section (i.e. page numbers, headers, watermarks etc), you can add them to the printout. The content of the document is defined by providers from a Content list. So, for instance, if you want to print some text with a watermark on each page, create the document section in the DocumentDesigner, add a WatermarkProvider into the Page list and TextProvider into the Content list. Now, when you'll print this document, you'll see your printed text with a watermark graphics on each page - with no manual code.

What's about preview?

DocumentDesigner has Preview property that can point to a standard PrintPrewiewControl. Just assign it, and you'll see the preview exactly as you would using a standard PrintDocument. Print Suite .Net offers a ready-to-use toolbar and status bar. Link them with the DocumentDesigner and control your preview with ease.

What's new in Print Suite .Net V1.1?

New Pixel option mode added to all image providers. This mode allows printing of the image "pixel-to-pixel" on the printer, with the maximal quality.
