Return Policy
Peace of mind when you place an order with our 30-day return policy.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your ComponentSource purchase, you can return it for 'in store credit' provided that:
- An evaluation copy of the product was not available from our Web site at the time of purchase.
- A properly completed Return Request Form has been received, within 30 days of the order date, confirming that the product has been removed from all systems and any backup copies have been destroyed.
- All items physically shipped to you are, within 45 days of the order date, returned back to us (at your own expense) in good condition with the manufacturer's box or disk seals intact.
Please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges or accept returns on:
- Microsoft products
- Source Code Escrow
- Products containing source code
- Special orders for one-off products
- Back-up CDs
Within 5 days of receipt of your Return Request Form (and receipt of the products where applicable), we will issue 'in-store credit' equal to the amount you paid. 'In store credit' must be applied to your next order within 90 days. Please contact us when you are ready to place your next order.
