One software license is required per developer. The first year support and updates subscription is included in the license and may be renewed each year to continue to receive support and the latest updates.

Grandfathered Renewals - Perpetual licenses with Priority Support and Updates Subscriptions may still be renewed by existing customers provided they have continually renewed their subscription. This option is for customers the originally purchased their perpetual licenses before April 14th 2026. The Annual Subscription with Priority Support includes:

• Comprehensive email support with product developers until your questions or issues are 100% resolved. All emails answered within 12 hours (usually much quicker).
• All major and minor product upgrades for one year at no extra cost.
• Priority access to your own personally assigned ComponentSpace Product Developer.

Note for Annual Subscription Licenses
Annual Licenses were available until April 2026 and were based on Product Deployments and SAML Partner Connections. The annual subscription license included product updates and developer support for the duration of the subscription. Licenses were required for deploying applications to production environments and were available in Starter, Growth, and Enterprise options.
