The condition that the right to use the Licensed Software under a Web License is limited to generation of generic content only, means that the content being included on websites must be the same (identical) for all users, and that Licensee shall not generate individually tailored content adapted to any user’s personal data or choices.

Se requiere una licencia de software por cada desarrollador. Todos y cada uno de los desarrolladores que trabajen con el software necesitarán una licencia.
Highcharts Dashboards permite a los desarrolladores habilitar el "Edit Mode", lo que permite a los usuarios finales modificar dashboards. Estos usuarios finales no se consideran desarrolladores siempre que no trabajen con la API de Highcharts ni accedan a ella, ni al código fuente del Software Licenciado. Si el desarrollador posee una Internal License, esto no restringe que los usuarios puedan acceder al "Editor Mode" para modificar, añadir, eliminar, mover o cambiar el tamaño de los componentes en los dashboards creados, siempre que los parámetros de interacción y modificación de dichos componentes permanezcan iguales para todos los usuarios finales, y que dichas acciones no requieran trabajar con la API ni acceder a ella y/o al código fuente del Software Licenciado.

Internal License
La Internal License incluye el derecho a usar Highcharts para una solución o aplicación que se utilice únicamente para fines internos en sus sitios web privados (incluidos subdominios y sitios de intranet) y que esté alojada en servidores propiedad del Licensee o controlados por este. SaaS License
