The condition that the right to use the Licensed Software under a Web License is limited to generation of generic content only, means that the content being included on websites must be the same (identical) for all users, and that Licensee shall not generate individually tailored content adapted to any user’s personal data or choices.

Se requiere una licencia de software por desarrollador. Todos y cada uno de los desarrolladores que trabajen con el software necesitarán una licencia.
Highcharts tiene varias opciones de licencia:

Licencia Interna
La Licencia Interna incluye el derecho a usar Highcharts para una solución o aplicación que se use solo con fines internos en sus sitios web privados (incluidos subdominios y sitios de intranet) y alojada en servidores propiedad del Licenciatario o controlados por él. Puede usar la Licencia Interna si su aplicación no está disponible para sus clientes/usuarios externos ni como sitio web público. Si necesita mostrar datos fuera de su empresa en un sitio web disponible públicamente, necesitará una Licencia SaaS o SaaS+.
Información adicional
Una Licencia Interna autoriza al Licenciatario a usar el Software con Licencia solo con fines internos y se extiende a los empleados y contratistas del Licenciatario, pero no a sus clientes ni a otros Terceros. Una Licencia Interna no incluye ningún derecho para que el Licenciatario use el Software con Licencia en una Aplicación SaaS, Aplicación Web o Producto del Licenciatario, ni autoriza al Licenciatario a realizar Instalaciones de Cliente.
Licencia SaaS
Además de todo lo incluido en la Licencia Interna, la Licencia SaaS incluye el derecho a usar Highcharts en solo 1 SaaS o 1 aplicación Web para la generación de contenido estático y dinámico en un sitio web disponible públicamente.
La compra de varias Licencias SaaS para Desarrollador no aumenta el número de aplicaciones licenciadas, solo el número de puestos de desarrollador para la única aplicación SaaS o Web.
La Licencia SaaS se asigna a una sola aplicación; necesita informar a Highsoft del nombre de su aplicación antes de poder desplegarla.
Licencia SaaS+

Autoalojado
Las Licencias SaaS y SaaS+ son para aplicaciones que se ejecutan en servidor(es) web alojado(s) por usted, y que pueden distribuirse como SaaS, aplicación web, aplicación de escritorio o aplicación móvil. Para instalaciones de cliente en las que necesita distribuir su producto a los servidores alojados de sus clientes, necesitará una Licencia OEM.
Licencia Anual o Perpetua
La Licencia Interna, la Licencia SaaS y las Licencias SaaS+ están disponibles como Licencia Anual o Licencia Perpetua.
Licencia OEM (Solo disponible como Licencia Perpetua)
Necesita una licencia OEM cuando desea usar el software de Highcharts en un producto que se redistribuirá posteriormente y será alojado por sus clientes. La Licencia OEM es la licencia más flexible y puede adaptarse a sus necesidades. Para precios, por favor contáctenos.
