One software license is required per developer.
You may install the product on more than one machine as long as each developer has their own license. This allows you to install it on your work, home and laptop machines. Run-time royalty free.

Available as 2 license types:

Annual Subscription License: Flat annual fee including product updates, technical support, and any forthcoming exclusive benefits. The Subscription License must be renewed to continue to use the software.
Perpetual License: One-time purchase granting access to the current released versions. Includes 1 year subscription of product updates and technical support. After the initial subscription period you can choose to renew the subscription element. If you do not renew then you may continue to use the installed version available during your active subscription term but you will no longer be entitled to product updates or technical support.

Subscription includes new features and fixes released by Progress Telerik for 12 months.

Support Plans - There are 3 support plans available: Lite, Priority and Ultimate.
Support is provided for 12 months and can be renewed on an annual basis as part of a Subscription Renewal or Upgrade purchase.

Lite Support Includes

72 hour response time (Monday-Friday)
Online ticketing system
10 incidents per year
Unlimited bug and feature requests
Access to community forum

Priority Support Includes

24 hour response time (Monday-Friday)

Renewals

Early - up to 60 days before the current expiration date, the new expiration date will be calculated based on the original order date.
Standard - up to 60 days after the current expiration date, the new expiration date will be calculated based on the original order date (backdated).
Welcome Back - more than 60 days after your subscription expired, the new subscription expiration date will be calculated based on the date of purchase of the Welcome Back Renewal.

Telerik UI Accelerator

One software license is required per user per year.
To continue to use the software you will need to purchase an annual license each year.

All subscription plans for supported products* come with an annual subscription of Telerik UI Accelerator (includes Telerik Page Templates, Building Blocks and ThemeBuilder Ultimate) at no extra charge. For DevCraft Ultimate subscriptions, UI Accelerator includes ThemeBuilder Enterprise.
Perpetual license holders of supported products* can no longer purchase Telerik UI Accelerator (includes Telerik Page Templates, Building Blocks and ThemeBuilder Ultimate) as an add-on Annual Subscription License. Customers that own the Telerik UI Accelerator bundle subscription as an add-of for perpetual licenses can contact us to review renewal options.

¿La licencia es permanente (perpetua) o temporal?

Todos los productos de Telerik Developer Tools son permanentes. Puede seguir utilizando el producto adquirido después de que finalice el período de suscripción.

¿Qué sucede después de que caduque mi suscripción?

Puede seguir utilizando los productos incluidos en su suscripción durante el tiempo que necesite. La expiración de la suscripción significa que ya no recibirá ninguna actualización del producto ni nuevas versiones del producto. Puede renovar su suscripción a un coste menor que la compra de una nueva licencia. ¿Puedo cambiar mi licencia a una versión superior/inferior?

¿Puedo comprar una versión de producto antigua?

Telerik no vende directamente versiones antiguas. Sin embargo, la compra de una nueva licencia le da derecho a descargar versiones anteriores del producto correspondiente sin cargo adicional.

¿Puedo instalar mi licencia en más de un equipo?

¿Está disponible el código fuente?

¿Se puede transferir una licencia de un desarrollador a otro?

Sí. Tras la compra de una licencia de producto, usted se convierte en el titular de la licencia y se crea una cuenta de cliente en el sistema Telerik. Tendrá acceso a una utilidad especial en su suenta, desde la que podrá asignar usuarios con licencia (desarrolladores o consultores). Cada usuario asignado recibirá sus propias credenciales para iniciar sesión en el sistema y tendrá acceso al software y al soporte.

Si decide reasignar la licencia del producto a otro usuario, puede eliminar el usuario con licencia actual de la lista de usuarios y asignar un nuevo usuario. No habrá una transferencia física de la licencia, ya que todo sucede online y consiste en una concesión de derechos, independientemente de dónde se encuentre el usuario.

¿Qué tipo de soporte recibo?

Telerik ofrece tres niveles de soporte:

Lite Support
Incluye acceso a un sistema de tickets online, al foro de la comunidad y a un número ilimitado de solicitudes de solución de errores / solicitudes de características. El tiempo de respuesta es de 72 horas (de lunes a viernes). Máximo de 10 incidentes al año.
Priority Support
Ofrece todo lo anterior, pero con tiempo de respuesta de 24 horas (de lunes a viernes) y un número ilimitado de incidentes al año.
Ultimate Support
Añade asistencia telefónica, asistencia remota mediante la web y escalado de problemas.
