
Using Dynamic Tokens in ActivitiesColumn value tokens allow you to use data from list columns dynamically. The following Email activity has been configured using dynamic column values.

Display Columns TabDisplay columns enable you to format the raw data and expose it in your required format.

Creating a data sourceAn external data source can be used in all sub-sites in the same site collection. If you want to create an external data source that will be accessible from other site collections, then you should create it in the top-level site.

Url File PickerClicking the picker will open a popup enabling you to select an item to link to , from various sources such as SharePoint site, OneDrive, recent locations and more.

Draw & Sign Use Case (Mark-Up)The customer can mark the defects, sign the form, and save it.

Signature CapabilitiesThe user can use a mouse or pen to hand-sign directly in the Mark-Up field, and then save the form.

KPI TrackerThe feature allows you to quickly highlight cells and rows in your list or library views by configuring rules for displaying various KPI icons and progress bars.

Using Custom PatternsWhen validating text fields, there’s an additional operator available called matches pattern. The matches pattern operator provides a list of various input patterns for validation, such as email, phone number, and postal code. These patterns are based on regular expressions that you can update, and you also have the option to add new custom patterns.
