Opción de contrato de soporte
Si solicita un Contrato de soporte anual con sus licencias de PL/SQL Developer, tiene derecho a recibir soporte técnico por correo electrónico durante un periodo de 1 o 3 años (según la opción de soporte adquirida). Si su Contrato de soporte actual aún no ha expirado, el nuevo contrato comenzará en la fecha de finalización de su Contrato de soporte actual. De lo contrario, el nuevo Contrato de soporte comenzará en la fecha de compra.
Puede solicitar el Contrato de soporte en cualquier momento, directamente con una Licencia de PL/SQL Developer o con una Licencia de actualización, o en una fecha posterior. El Contrato de soporte puede renovarse cuando expire.
