  • A number of x-credits included that can be spent on any metered support Services. The number of x-credits included in Standard Support is 40 x-credits per Supported user in addition to any additional x-credits purchased.
  • Maximum incident response time of 48 hours as details.
  • Eligible to receive emergency hotfix builds as may be provided.
  • Remote trouble-shooting Services available as detailed in Section 2c.

¿La licencia es permanente (perpetua) o temporal?

Sencha Ext JS está disponible como licencia de suscripción anual (Annual Subscription License) para 1 o más desarrolladores, o como licencia perpetua (Perpetual License) para un mínimo de 5 desarrolladores. Los derechos de distribución y uso de aplicaciones son perpetuos para todas las licencias.

¿Qué sucede después de que caduque mi suscripción?

Las licencias de suscripción anual (Annual Subscription Licenses) deben renovarse para poder seguir utilizando el software después del primer año. Las licencias perpetuas (Perpetual Licenses) se pueden utilizar indefinidamente, aunque tendrá que comprar una renovación de soporte de licencia perpetua (Perpetual License Support Renewal) para acceder a actualizaciones y soporte técnico después del primer año.

¿Puedo alinear (sincronizar) mis licencias actuales?

Sí: ComponentSource puede alinear sus licencias aunque no las comprara originalmente a través de nosotros. Llámenos o envíenos un mensaje para abordar sus necesidades.

¿Puedo comprar una versión de producto antigua?

Si bien Sencha no vende versiones anteriores directamente, la compra de una nueva licencia le da derecho a descargar y utilizar cualquier versión anterior del mismo software.

¿Puedo instalar mi licencia en más de un equipo?

Sencha Ext JS se puede instalar en más de un equipo siempre y cuando lo utilice el mismo desarrollador. Cada desarrollador requiere su propia licencia para usar el software.

¿Se puede transferir una licencia de un desarrollador a otro?

Con la licencia comercial (Commercial License), cada usuario designado (Designated User, ya sea un desarrollador o cualquier persona que use el Software para diseñar una interfaz de usuario) debe tener licencia. Puede trasladar la licencia a otro usuario designado (Designated User) una vez cada seis meses.

¿Este producto requiere activación online / offline?

No. No es necesario activar.
