This license is a physical file (in .txt file format) which needs to be included in your project. It can be downloaded from your Telerik Account.

Available as 2 license types:

• Annual Subscription License: Flat annual fee including product updates, technical support, and any forthcoming exclusive benefits. The Subscription License must be renewed to continue to use the software.
• Perpetual License: One-time purchase granting access to the current released versions. Includes 1 year subscription of product updates and technical support. After the initial subscription period you can choose to renew the subscription element. If you do not renew then you may continue to use the installed version available during your active subscription term but you will no longer be entitled to product updates or technical support.

What are the other differences between a Subscription and a Perpetual license?

A Subscription license gives you continuous product updates, technical support and access to our full suite of productivity and design system tools. This includes Page Templates, Building Blocks, ThemeBuilder, and modern AI capabilities like AI Coding Assistants and the Agentic UI Generator, helping teams accelerate development, maintain brand consistency, and streamline handoffs. A Subscription plans also include Single Sign‑On (SSO) for easier user management and improved enterprise security.

A Perpetual license is a one‑time purchase that provides access to the current product version along with one year of updates and support. Perpetual users can also explore our AI tools with a 30‑day trial to evaluate how these capabilities might enhance their workflow before considering an upgrade.

Licensed Developers may install the Software on multiple machines, so long as the Software is not being used simultaneously for development purposes at any given time by more Licensed Developers than You have License seats.

Each License includes 12 months Priority Support

• 24 hour response time (Monday-Friday)
• Online ticketing system
• Unlimited incidents per year
• Unlimited bug and feature requests
• Access to community forum

Priority Support can be renewed on an annual basis.

The license also includes On-Demand Technical and Product Training.

Renewals and Upgrades

• Early - up to 60 days before the current expiration date, the new expiration date will be calculated based on the original order date.
• Standard - up to 60 days after the current expiration date, the new expiration date will be calculated based on the original order date (backdated).
• Welcome Back - more than 60 days after your subscription expired, the new subscription expiration date will be calculated based on the date of purchase of the Welcome Back Renewal or Upgrade.

Telerik UI Accelerator

One software license is required per user per year.
To continue to use the software you will need to purchase an annual license each year.

• All subscription plans for supported products* come with an annual subscription of Telerik UI Accelerator (includes Telerik Page Templates, Building Blocks and ThemeBuilder Ultimate) at no extra charge. For DevCraft Ultimate subscriptions, UI Accelerator includes ThemeBuilder Enterprise.
• Perpetual license holders of supported products* can no longer purchase Telerik UI Accelerator (includes Telerik Page Templates, Building Blocks and ThemeBuilder Ultimate) as an add-on Annual Subscription License. Customers that own the Telerik UI Accelerator bundle subscription as an add-of for perpetual licenses can contact us to review renewal options.
