One software license is required per user, per year*.
An active Subscription License is required to continue to use the software.
You will need to purchase Subscription License Renewals before your current Subscription expires in order to keep your Subscription active.

IDM All Access includes:

Academic - An Academic license is available to non-profit educational institutions.

Perpetual Licenses

Named User: Entitles you to 1 activation (one per license). If you purchase multiple Named User licenses, each individual Named User will receive a separate license ID.

Concurrent User: Licensed per machine where multiple users access the application but only one at a time. For example If multiple people need to use the software at one time, then you would simply need enough concurrent licenses to cover the concurrent usage. For example, if you had the software installed on a server with 100 users, but only 10 people needed to use it at a time, you would need 10 concurrent licenses.

¿Qué tipo de soporte recibo?

¿Requiere UltraEdit Enterprise activación online / offline?

Los productos UltraEdit admiten la activación sin conexión.

¿Puedo comprar una versión de producto antigua?

Si bien UltraEdit no vende versiones anteriores directamente, la compra de una licencia proporcionará al cliente una clave para la versión actual, que también funcionará con versiones anteriores. UltraEdit proporcionará a un cliente de pago un enlace para descargar una versión anterior, pero tenga en cuenta que el soporte para versiones anteriores es limitado.

¿Se puede transferir una licencia de un desarrollador a otro?

Sí, siempre que la licencia pertenezca y sea diseminada por el empleador del desarrollador. La licencia incluye protecciones integradas para que no se supere su uso permitido. Las licencias dentro de un entorno corporativo son por usuario único y sistema.
