Subscription Renewals - Note, the subscription renewal extends the maintenance term of the original order by one year from the date of expiration. Customers who purchased a license with 30 days maintenance may purchase a 1 year subscription upon expiry. Renewal purchases for orders that have expired for longer than one year will require an additional purchase to bring current.
