Entity Developer licenzes sono permanenti. Puoi continuare a utilizzare il prodotto acquistato al termine del periodo di abbonamento.

Che cosa succede alla scadenza del mio abbonamento?

Puoi continuare a utilizzare i prodotti inclusi nell'abbonamento per tutto il tempo necessario. La scadenza dell'abbonamento implica che non verrà più rilasciato alcun aggiornamento del prodotto o nuove versioni del prodotto. È possibile rinnovare l'abbonamento a un costo inferiore rispetto all'acquisto di una nuova licenza.

Posso allineare le mie licenze esistenti?

Posso aggiungere una nuova licenza al mio account Devart esistente?

Sì. Puoi aggiungere nuove licenze dello/degli stesso/i prodotto/i o nuove licenze di prodotti diversi al tuo account Devart esistente.

Posso acquistare una versione precedente del prodotto?

Devart non offre direttamente versioni precedenti in vendita. Tuttavia, se sei un utente con licenza, puoi scaricare qualsiasi versione precedente dall' Area utente registrato Devart.

Posso installare la mia licenza su più di un computer?

Sì. Puoi installare, attivare e utilizzare una copia aggiuntiva su un secondo dispositivo portatile, laptop o computer di casa solo per l'uso esclusivo della stessa persona.

Una licenza può essere trasferita da uno sviluppatore a un altro?

La proprietà della licenza può essere trasferita a un'altra persona o società, ma devi contattare Devart per indicare i recapiti del nuovo proprietario della licenza. Per le informazioni complete, consulta il Contratto di licenza.

Che tipo di assistenza ricevo?

Gli utenti con un abbonamento valido hanno diritto al Priority Support, che viene eseguito tramite posta elettronica e ha un criterio di risposta di due giorni lavorativi. Gli utenti che non possiedono un abbonamento possono ricevere assistenza tramite i Community Forum.

Per Entity Developer è necessaria l'attivazione online/offline?

Entity Developer richiede l'attivazione della licenza. Per attivarlo, accedere all'Area utente registrato Devart.
