La quota annuale dà diritto al supporto tecnico telefonico ed email da parte di un senior support engineer. Di tanto in tanto, FMS può rilasciare nuove versioni dei prodotti esistenti che aggiungono nuove funzionalità. Si tratta di point release (ad es. dalla versione 11.0 alla 11.1) e sono diverse dalle nuove build che correggono problemi nelle funzionalità esistenti (ad es. da 11.00.0001 a 11.00.0002). Queste point release sono disponibili per un modesto costo di upgrade per i clienti esistenti. Gli abbonati al Supporto Tecnico Premium ricevono questi aggiornamenti automaticamente e senza costi aggiuntivi durante il periodo dell'abbonamento. NOTA: Gli aggiornamenti tra versioni (ad esempio, il passaggio da Access 2002 a Access 2003) non sono considerati Point Release Upgrade e non sono inclusi nell'Abbonamento Premium.
