Abbonamento annuale Premium Support
L'abbonamento Premium è l'opzione ideale per i clienti che cercano il massimo livello di supporto da FMS. La tariffa annuale dà diritto al supporto tecnico telefonico e via email da parte di un senior support engineer. Di tanto in tanto, FMS può rilasciare nuove versioni di prodotti esistenti che aggiungono nuove funzionalità. Si tratta di point release (ad es. dalla versione 11.0 alla 11.1) e sono diverse dalle nuove build che correggono problemi nelle funzionalità esistenti (ad es. dalla versione 11.00.0001 alla 11.00.0002). Queste point release sono disponibili, a fronte di una tariffa di aggiornamento nominale, per i clienti esistenti. Gli abbonati al Premium Technical Support ricevono questi aggiornamenti automaticamente e senza costi aggiuntivi durante il periodo di abbonamento. NOTA: gli aggiornamenti tra versioni (ad esempio il passaggio da Access 2002 a Access 2003) non sono considerati Point Release Upgrades e non sono inclusi nell'abbonamento Premium. Gli abbonamenti sono disponibili per singolo prodotto o suite per un periodo di dodici mesi e possono essere acquistati in qualsiasi momento. È necessario essere il proprietario registrato del prodotto per acquistare un abbonamento ed essere l'unica persona a contattare FMS per il supporto nell'ambito dell'abbonamento.
