We can supply any Infragistics Ultimate license including new subscriptions, subscription renewals, and upgrade licenses.

The software is licensed per registered developer and may be installed and used on more than one computer or on a network server, as long as its use is limited to the registered developer for whom a license fee has been paid. The controls are redistributable in object form run-time royalty free, as defined in the License Agreement.

The license fee includes a Subscription which entitles you to all updates, new features and new releases, service releases and support for the period shown. To continue receiving these benefits, you must renew your Subscription before it expires.

Indigo.Design

While Indigo.Design Enterprise is part of your Ultimate subscription, it has a subscription, not perpetual, license model. Under the Infragistics Ultimate license, if you choose not to renew, you will lose rights to use:

  • Indigo.Design Sketch UI kits
  • Indigo.Design Cloud services (image-based prototyping, personal & team workspaces, collaboration & sharing, usability studies)
  • Indigo.Design Code Generator extension & service

Standard Support

Applies to customers who have purchased a current subscription. It includes:

  • Web/Online Support
  • Infragistics controls issue investigation
  • Ability to download C# Source Code
  • First-response within 24 hours and subsequent interactions within 3 business days

Priority Support

Applies to customers who have purchased a current subscription with Priority Support. It includes:

  • Phone Support

  • Forum Support
  • Web/Online Support
  • 24/5 Worldwide Support
  • Infragistics controls issue investigation
  • Ability to download C# Source Code
  • Guidance for implementing customer functionality that is not built into Infragistics controls

FAQs

Is the license permanent (perpetual) or temporal (time-limited)?

All Infragistics Developer and Site licenses are perpetual, and do not expire. These licenses also include a Subscription, which allows you to access product updates for 1 Year.

What happens after my Subscription expires?

When your Subscription expires, you are still licensed to use to the product so your existing applications that use Infragistics controls will continue to function. In order to download and use further updates to the product you will first need to renew your Subscription.

Can I co-term (align) my existing licenses?

Yes - ComponentSource can arrange to co-term your licenses, even if they were not originally purchased through us. Please call us or send us a message to discuss your needs.

Can I upgrade?

Upgrades are available to Infragistics Ultimate from individual Infragistics products. You can also upgrade to the latest version from previous versions of the same product.

Can I buy an old product version?

Yes - purchase the latest version of an Infragistics product includes access to previous version of the same product. After purchase you will have a key for the current version, and you will need to contact the Infragistics sales department at sales@infragistics.com to request a key for the version you require.

Can I install my license on more than one machine?

Yes - the software is licensed per registered developer and may be installed and used on more than one computer or on a network server, as long as its use is limited to the registered developer for whom a license fee has been paid.

Is Source Code available?

Yes - all Infragistics developer tools include source code. The Indigo.Design prototyping product does not include source code.

Can a license be transferred from one developer to another?

Yes - a license can be transferred from one developer to another if the registrant leaves the company or no longer needs the license.

What type of support do I get?

Standard Support is provided with all products and includes online support and access to forums. A first-response is guaranteed within 24 hours and subsequent interactions within 3 business days or less.

Priority Support is available for an additional fee, and includes priority phone and chat support, priority response to forum posts, and a guaranteed one-day online response time.

Does this product require online / offline activation?

All Infragistics products must be registered in order to access them. Registration is performed online from within the account under Product Registration.
