"Trial Reset" for Devices
- Partners often run into the same situation: A customer activates a trial, forgets to use it during the trial window, and asks to start over on the same machine. Until now, this required manual intervention because the system blocks re-activations on devices that already held a trial. The dashboard now has a dedicated Reset Device action for trial activations:
- Delete: Revokes the seat. The device stays blocked from any future trial. (Use this to permanently cut a customer off).
- Reset Device: Lets the same device try again. (Use this when a customer legitimately needs a second chance).
- Note: This option is available on archived trial activations. These now appear in your Activations list with a grey "Archived" badge, making it easy to spot exactly which device is blocking a new trial so you can act on it instantly.
SKU Image Management
- You can now upload an image for each SKU directly from the partner dashboard. Currently, these images are utilized by the WooCommerce plugin to enhance the customer's view. You can replace or remove an image at any time, and the change will be reflected on the next license read.
