One software license is required per user.
Each person who will use VersionSQL needs a license. Multiple users sharing one machine each need their own license.

Perpetual License
A perpetual license grants ongoing rights to use VersionSQL even without an active maintenance subscription. Your purchase starts a support & updates maintenance subscription; if you choose not to renew the maintenance, you may keep using the latest version that was covered by your maintenance subscription.

Annual Subscription License
An Annual Subscription License include the right to use the software, access technical support and receive product upgrades for the duration of your subscription term (1 Year). You will need to renew your subscription to continue to use the software and receive the other benefits. If you do not renew then you will no longer be able to use the software.

Business License
Purchased by a company for its employees and/or contractors. Assignable to one user per paid license and can be transferred within the same company. The Business License includes priority email support and prioritized patch releases.

Enterprise License
The Enterprise License is a custom license for use by an organization (not an individual user). Please contact us to discuss your requirements and request a quote.

Note: Professional Licenses are for individual use. They must be purchased using individual funds. A company cannot purchase the license or reimburse you for it. You may use it at home, work, etc. The license goes with you and is not transferable to anyone else. If you are interested in a personal Professional License please contact us.
