MSI Factory 리뷰

I use this with VS2012 to install services and install DLL's to the GAC .. amongst other things. I tried the expesnive installers - they are so complicated. MSI factory literally had my service installer built, tested and working in 2 minutes. It is incredibly easy to use and yet still seems quite powerful. I'd definitely recomend this, especially if you are like me and upgraded from VS2010 to VS2012 only to find that the service installer option had been removed. Excellent intuitive software .. well done Indigo Rose.

My first approch was to use the standard WiX open source to build the setup package. I spend about a week trying to build the XML for WiX. I realised that it would take a lot of time to finish the WiX installation package so I began looking for a install tool. I tryed both Inno Setup, Installshield and InstallAware but finally I found MSI Factory. It took about a day to finish the installation package with MSI Factory and I am very pleased the software. I use it for installing a .NET solution with SQL Server database and IIS setup. I strongly recommend it for building your Installation package.
