Improved importing a CSV to a TeeGrid, adding optional typical Delimiter (ie: " ) to text fields. That allows the separator (ie: , ) character escaped inside fields.
Refactored, moved sorting code to low level TSortableVirtualData new class, to reuse code.
Added a new checkbox to control TeeGrid1.Header.Sortable property.
Moved TColumn.ValidWidth boolean to TColumn.Width.Valid (also a public boolean). Its internally used, mainly.
Added a new unit to implement generic sorting when grid data is "virtual", enabled by: uses Tee.DataGrid.Sortable; TSortableVirtualData.CreateSortable(TeeGrid1); Also improved fixes when setting TeeGrid1.Header.Sortable to True or False (hide sort triangle at header column, etc).
Added Lazarus test project to test a bug when closing a BIQuery editor dialog.
Added automatic re-selection of the currently selected column when the grid is sorted. The ROW should be also automatic via the dataset itself.
Enabled resizing a column by dragging the right-edge of its header, also when the column width is bigger past the total grid width.
Added a new ResizeRepaint property, default True. The grid is repainted while a column is being mouse-resized, and not at the mouse drag end.
Added a new unit that implements sorting by grid columns, when the datasource is a TClientDataSet or any FireDAC TFDDataSet.
Added an example of TExpressionColumn (a TDataItem that is calculated using an expression).

Small fix for win64 bits.
FPC Lazarus fixes, the default DataSet and TBufDataSet classes of Lazarus do not support on-the-fly deleting/adding indexes. Only 3rd parties like ZeosLib, UniDac etc do.
When using the shift+ up/down key combinations on a Selected.Range of cells, the range was not correctly repositioned when scrolling up mainly.
Fixed bug to autoscroll vertically the grid when the selected row is changed and its outside the view, AND not having any Selected.Column.
Fix for resizing a column by mouse dragging its right edge, when the column right edge is past the grid right.
Scrolling a column to the left when selecting it, in case the column width goes past the grid right edge.
Fixed painting the sort arrow at a grid column header, when the column width goes past the total grid width.
Fixed AV when Data is nil and we have a "sortable header".
Fixed build for Linux Lazarus added recompilation of 64bit design-time packages for RAD versions with a 64bit IDE (RAD 12 and 13 so far).
Take care of the UnFocused.Visible property to paint selected cells border, when the grid is not focused.
