InterBase is a relational database management system (RDBMS) developed and marketed by Embarcadero Technologies. It is distinguished by its small footprint, close to zero administration requirements, and multi-generational architecture. InterBase 2020 Update 5 adds support for high DPI monitors, delivering sharper text and more detailed images for developers and users alike. This new feature will benefit anyone who uses InterBase on a high-resolution display, such as a laptop with a 4K screen or a desktop monitor with a QHD or UHD resolution.

When using InterBase on a high DPI monitor, text and images will be automatically scaled to appear sharper and more detailed. This is because InterBase now takes into account the pixel density of the monitor when rendering UI elements and images.
