The DevExtreme Complete 26.1 release adds new Scheduler functionality that makes it easier to detect and manage overlapping appointments. A new 'getOccurrences' method retrieves all appointment occurrences within a specified time range, including both recurring and standard events. This allows developers to identify scheduling conflicts when creating or updating appointments, implement custom validation to prevent double-booking, and support more advanced scheduling scenarios such as conflict resolution and alternative time suggestions.
