Secure PDFs Using Digital Signatures

Document Solutions for PDF JS is a WebAssembly-powered JavaScript PDF API library from MESCIUS that enables developers to build comprehensive document workflows directly into web applications. It supports creating, loading, editing, saving, viewing, and converting PDFs, with capabilities for forms, annotations, redaction, images, graphics, custom fonts, security, text extraction, metadata, and structured page content. The Document Solutions for PDF JS v9.2 update introduces digital signature support, enabling developers to create, parse, and verify signed PDF documents directly within JavaScript apps. Developers can sign PDFs using X.509 certificates or integrate external signing providers while keeping private keys outside the library, providing greater control over sensitive cryptographic operations.
