Hide and Show Code Problems Per User

Qodana introduces per-user problem visibility in Qodana Cloud, letting developers hide and restore issues in reports without affecting teammates' views.

Hide and Show Code Problems Per User

Qodana by JetBrains is a static code analysis tool that easily integrates with your CI/CD pipeline, bringing the powerful inspection capabilities of JetBrains IDEs directly into your workflow. It scans codebases for over 2,500 potential issues, including performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and bad coding practices, granting developers, QA engineers, and team leads comprehensive insights to improve code quality, maintainability, and overall project health. Qodana can analyze code written in 60+ languages including Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, Kotlin, Python, Go, and C#.

The September update for Qodana 2026.2 introduces per-user problem visibility in the Qodana Cloud report viewer. Developers can hide problems they do not need to address immediately and restore them later. Visibility choices are saved separately for each report and affect only the individual user's view, allowing developers to focus on relevant problems while teammates retain their own view of the issues.

Qodana is available through annual subscriptions licensed per active contributor, with Ultimate and Ultimate Plus options. An active contributor is someone who has committed to a registered project within the last 90 days. See our Qodana licensing page for full details.
