Keep E-Invoice Processing Aligned with Updated Standards

PDF Xpansion SDK E-Invoicing by soft Xpansion provides developer tools for creating, processing, and managing electronic invoices. Available in Creation, Receipt, and Receipt Plus variations, the SDKs support structured XML invoice data and hybrid PDF/A documents using formats including ZUGFeRD, Factur-X, and XRechnung, enabling integration with accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

PDF Xpansion SDK 18.0.6 adds full support for ZUGFeRD 2.5.2, extending the ZUGFeRD 2.4 support covered in the earlier release. The update introduces additional Business Terms and Business Groups and adjusts optional fields for grouped and informational invoice items. ZUGFeRD 2.5.2, corresponding to Factur-X 1.09.2, also incorporates functionality from the forthcoming EN 16931-1:2026 revision into its EXTENDED profile. These changes help developers adapt invoice data handling to the updated format and maintain interoperability with systems exchanging structured electronic invoices.
